The Box class at POWER gyms is not your typical boxing workout. It combines technical aspects of boxing with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training to provide a full-body workout that will leave you feeling exhausted but also energized.
The Boxing Workout
The class begins with a dynamic warm-up to get your limbs moving loosely and heart rate elevated. You’ll then move on to boxing drills that work your upper body, lower body, and core muscles. Our trainers will teach you the proper form for each punch, ensuring that you’re getting the most out of each movement while reducing the risk of injury.
In between the boxing drills, you’ll transition to strength training exercises that target specific muscle groups, using kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises. These exercises are designed to complement the boxing drills, giving you a well-rounded workout that will help you build strength, improve your endurance, and increase calorie burn!
