I’m a manager at POWER and a personal trainer with over 10,000 hours of one-to-one experience. My background is in exercise science and I have a certification in STOTT Pilates and Precision Nutrition which have all shaped my philosophy on health and fitness. I believe ‘train smarter, not harder’ and implement a tailormade bespoke program to cater for my clients unique situation, coaching them in proven methods of how to fuel their bodies, perform in training and recovery techniques to maximise their results.
