Heading up the management team here in Cork, I look after all things in the Membership and POWER community departments! With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science in the UK, a decade of hospitality and event management experience, alongside a huge passion for all things health and fitness. I’m a huge lover of the outdoors – hiking, biking and exploring is when I am my happiest! I have an energetic and positive attitude to life and a verified class junkie.

Disco, funk, house and classics. Some oldies that are goldies as well as massive newer tracks to add to the intensity of my climb classes!
