POWER MetCon class is the latest concept at POWER. Not to be confused with HIIT, this functional style workout will incorporate a combination carefully curated cardio and strength exercises bound to increase cardiovascular capabilities, improve power production, and torch body fat. The whole body will be recruited throughout the 45 minutes class – expect squats, deadlifts, snatches, bursts of plyometric movements and of course cardio to the beat of a banging playlist.
