About Me

I have been a personal trainer for many years, helping my clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.
I am passionate about educating people on all aspects of fitness, how to live healthier lifestyles and most importantly, how to enjoy exercise. I also run my own small business as an athletic therapist. I specialise in massage, dry needling, injury prevention and rehabilitation, along with treatment of chronic pain and postural issues.
